(How your shirt actually gets to you)

1. Made Just For You

Every GreenandSEEN item is printed after you order it.

That means we don’t have a giant warehouse full of shirts collecting dust.

Instead, our printing partner Printful makes your item fresh and ships it out once it’s ready.

Typical timeline:

Production: about 2–5 business days

Shipping: about 5–10 business days depending on where you live

Basically… it takes a little longer than Amazon, but at least it wasn’t mass-produced in 2007.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times can vary depending on:

Your location

Postal services

Whether the delivery driver got distracted by snacks

International orders may take longer due to customs, distance, or the mysterious ways of global shipping.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can obsessively check where your new favourite shirt is every 3 hours.

We get it. We do the same thing when we order stuff.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says delivered but your package has vanished into the void:

Check with neighbours

Check your mailbox again

Check that one weird place delivery drivers sometimes hide things

If you’re still stuck, message us and we’ll help where we can.

5. Incorrect Address

If you enter the wrong address at checkout, the package might end up:

In another suburb

In another city

Possibly living a completely different life

So double check your address before placing the order.

6. Delays

Sometimes shipping gets delayed because of:

Weather

Holidays

Postal chaos

The universe being a bit dramatic
